Pippa Daniels
Director
Pippa is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and has over 20 years HR experience. Her proven track record shows a true HR generalist who takes both a practical and commercial approach towards HR operations.
Pippa has held ‘Head Of’ and ‘Director’ level roles in a variety of key industries including retail and media, (Hackett, Kurt Geiger, Future plc).
Pippa is renowned for her pragmatic, no-nonsense, business-orientated approach to finding solutions that take the stress away from Managers, allowing them to focus on driving their businesses forward.
Her experience is wide-ranging, including setting up an HR presence from scratch in a start-up business, to dealing with everyday HR issues. She has strong hands-on experience of HR related projects including complicated restructures, change management and TUPE processes in larger organisations.
Pippa is a committed and respected HR Professional and, without doubt, always goes the extra mile. She is a confident communicator and has consistently built strong relationships at all levels within the companies she has worked for.
